Part of our mission at Human Solutions is to advocate with our community for policies and investments that expand housing and economic opportunity, eliminate wealth inequality and end poverty. One way we do that is by endorsing the local and state ballot measures that we think help us meet our mission to counter the forces that keep people and communities in poverty by building relationships and assets that create opportunity – today and for future generations.
As you likely know, the November 3rd election is incredibly important, nationally and here at home in Oregon. The opportunities presented in the five ballot measures Human Solutions is endorsing could be far-reaching and impactful for the people who call East Multnomah County home. East Portland/East Multnomah County is our home and the heart of our investments, advocacy and programs.
We urge you to support these measures when you vote in this election. The title of each measure is a link to more information so you can read about each one for yourself.
