Rosewood Plaza Grand Opening

Join us on Wednesday, May 18th, 2016 as we celebrate the grand opening of Rosewood Plaza.

Rosewood Plaza is an innovative, collaborative project that combines community revitalization and new development to bring high-quality housing and low-cost dental services to the East County community.

In summer 2013, Human Solutions (HSI) acquired the Rosewood Apartments in the lot next to their current location in East Multnomah County.  The goal is renovating this severely-neglected and run-down complex and turning the units into additional high-quality affordable housing. HSI also plans to build on services offered at the current site through additional commercial space (new construction) to rent to a non-profit agency and 19 new affordable housing units. HSI applied for low-income housing tax credits and loans soon after purchasing the Rosewood property. The innovative nature of this emerging project combined with strong partnerships helped them secure over $11 million in affordable housing funds that will cover all residential aspects of the project.

Charity Golf Tournament 2016 at Langdon Farms

Dennis’ 7 Dees has committed to help Human Solutions in their fundraising efforts to better assist families and individuals in Mid and East Multnomah County. Last year, with the help of our community, we (7 Dees) raised over $1000,000 and we have our sights set high for 2016.

Your participation as a sponsor and/or player will help Human Solutions continue their good work during a time when the weather begins to change and shelter is more important than ever.

There are some great sponsorship opportunities left. Please contact us!
